We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join a caring and dedicated team in a residential care setting.

Position: Team Leader
Reporting To: Registered Manager
Salary Range: £26,325 - £31,866
Hours: Full-time, 163 hours per month
Location: Rugeley

About the Role:

• You will lead a team of caregivers in providing high-quality care to children and young people.
• You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned team.
• You will help develop and implement care plans for each child.

What you will bring:

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
• Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding children
