Hours - 35 hours Mon - Friday
Start Date: Asap
Pay Rate: £18.24 Umbrella p/h

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Work Scheduler/Customer Service Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling work orders and ensuring timely delivery of services to customers. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch work orders to appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling and customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling and customer service.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
