Give us a brief overview of your professional background…

Having worked across the Manufacturing and Engineering industry sectors for over 20 years’ I have developed an extensive and in-depth understanding of recruitment across both Contingent and Retained assignments. I have held various positions from Senior Consultant through to Divisional Manager and believe the route to success has been to develop a consultative and collaborative approach, working in partnership with Clients, developing trusted and long-term relationships.
