3 months contract - Inside IR35

About the role

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety management, with a focus on social housing or similar environments.

NEBOSH Fire Safety and or equivalent qualification.

Experience managing contractors and overseeing fire risk assessments.

Thorough understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
