HR Business Partner

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner in Cambridge.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering a highly effective and responsive HR service across the Council.

Main Responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and the Council's policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the Council's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Chartered membership of the CIPD (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
