HR Business Partner
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner in Cambridge.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering a highly effective and responsive HR service across the Council.
Main Responsibilities
As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and the Council's policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the Council's objectives.
Requirements:
- Chartered membership of the CIPD (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
