Neighbourhood Housing Officer ( Home Ownership )

Role purpose To provide a high quality service to the Association's Homeowners (Leaseholders and Shared Owners) and intermediate rent tenants, ensuring that they are managed in accordance with the terms of their lease or tenancy agreement, legislation, regulation and best practice.
The salary is up to £34,200 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum.
The closing date for applications is noon on Monday 4 July 2022, with interviews taking place on Friday 8 July 2022.
