Hours - 37.5
Location - Central London
Rate - £30 - £35.14 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an umbrella company)

Provide overall programme management of key deliverables and associated staff.

* Take direct responsibility for the planning, implementation of programme and project deliverables, to time, within budget and to an agreed quality.

* Maintain direct link with other programmes and projects that are deemed to be interdependent to the programme.

* Create and maintain all programme related control documentation including Business Case, Project Initiation Document/Brief; Project Plan; RAID; and other as appropriate, as guide by PMO.

* Work to robust regular reporting on the project including weekly Highlight Reports where required, bi weekly Delivery Team meetings, monthly Project Boards and other input at executive levels where required (Executive and Trust Teams).

* Adhere to defined governance structure reporting into the Programme SRO and
Programme Board and working within tolerance and understanding escalation points.

* Close monitoring of budgets with a defined cost tracker. Periodic cross checking with finance and update into the Director of Transformation. Reporting on month end budget position into the Project Board.

* Work closely with the divisional directors, CBU managers and corporate staff representatives from HR, finance, estates and IM&T.

* Liaise with corporate and clinical services, transformation and directorate management teams to identify project opportunities, enhancing engagement and achieving additional benefits.

* Oversee communications strategy and ensure communication is embedded within the programme early on.

* Identify resource requirements for the programme within budget limits. Contribute to the selection and recruitment of key staff.

* Set the critical path, with direction from the SRO and key trust stakeholders. Support understanding of the overall scope throughout the trust through communication points and key communication.

* Manage self, staff and resources effectively, including matrix management of shared resources.
