Secretarial Administrator

Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual? Do you have administration experience within a medical setting? Are you looking for a permanent position? Join one of our established clients, supporting children, young people and adults who live with mental health issues, specifically ADHD. This post is a Full-Time and Permanent position.

Location: Lincoln
Pay Rate: £25,521 per annum (increasing to £27,040 after probation) + £250 Welcome Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Flexible)

Job Summary:
* Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional.
* Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to the team as needed, producing high-quality letters to GPs, and other medical professionals

* Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
* Have a positive outlook and an ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload in a timely manor
* Experience working within an administrative role, in a clinical setting
