Job Description

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker with experience in adult care to join our team. As a social worker, you will be responsible for general social work duties covering duty in office when on rota. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality social work services to adults in need.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Assessing and managing risks to vulnerable adults.
  • Carrying out statutory duties in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration.
  • Experience in adult care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
