Job title - Digital Customer Assistant
Location - Eastleigh, SO50
Contract - Temporary ongoing
Hours - Full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Job Role:

The Successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries via digital services, responding to service requests via email, text and live chat. The role is working for a well established Housing Association so all queries will be generic housing queries around rents, repairs and payments. Full training will be provided

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Digital/IT Skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
