Job Title: Project Support Administrator
Locations: Basingstoke - RG21
Contract Type: Ongoing
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week

A new opportunity has become available for full time Project Support Administrator to support Business Change Project Managers and Project Support Officers with general administration duties.

Main tasks and duties -

  • Administrative Support: Provide general admin support to the Business Change Project Managers. This will include assisting in setting up workshops, meetings, taking minutes, chasing actions; and administration of any central tools, email, calendars.
  • Communication: Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies, to ensure a good working environment is maintained, and that information is submitted on time.
  • Other Duties: Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

  • Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign's corporate objectives.



Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working within a project-based environment.
  • 12 months experience in an office environment including proven experience of competently dealing with enquires, managing filing systems, data input, collating and presenting data, telephone answering and written correspondence.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including excel and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn and use other service specific software and applications.
  • Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision and to work as part of a team
