Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor  to join their team on a full time basis.

If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
 
This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor:

• Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
• Provide great client care at all times and have professional approach

 
About you Property Commercial Property Solicitor :

• Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
• A minimum of 3 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
• Good communication skills written and verbal
