Service Care Solutions is working alongside a legal 500 firm, based in the West Midlands, which is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Legal Administrator to join their Central Support Services team. As the sole administrative support person at this branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Legal Professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

Key responsibilities of the Legal Administrator role:
- Document Preparation & Case Administration – Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports; opening, closing, and maintaining client matters; managing filing systems, databases, and diary schedules.
- Client & Professional Liaison – Communicating with clients, legal professionals, and third parties via calls, emails, and in-person; conducting Anti-Money Laundering checks; providing reception and hospitality support.
- Operational & Office Support – Key holder duties, ensuring office security, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support smooth business operations.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role within a law firm.
- Proficient in preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and diary management.
- Ability to conduct Anti-Money Laundering ID checks.
- Work within a supportive and employee focused environment.
- Pension contribution.
- 34 days holiday inc. Bank Holidays & Day after boxing day.
