Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling Law Firm based in Beverley. They are looking for an Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £74,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

• Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
• Assist in the firm’s marketing plans in general, and particularly in relation to dispute resolution.

• Draft documents and correspondence tailored to the clients’ individual needs
• Give advice to clients on the law and legal disputes relating to their case.

 
About you as a Litigation Solicitor:

• 4 years PQE in Civil Litigation with a strong knowledge in Litigation Law.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
