NQ - 3 Years PQE Employment Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire.

They are looking for a NQ-3 years PQE Employment Solicitor and are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £60,000 annum DOE.

The successful candidate will join a team dealing with both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters. This is a good opportunity for professional development and managing own caseload under supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:

• Draft, Review and advise on employment-related documentation: Contracts of employment, Policies, Staff handbooks, disciplinary/grievance procedures and settlement agreements.
• Advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements
• Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
• Dealing with client enquiries

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Accurate communication to produce clear and accurate letter and legal documents
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive either NQ – 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Excellent telephone manner.
