Senior Administrator

The Role As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of administrative and financial processes, while also providing supervision and leadership to a small admin team. You will work closely with management to ensure effective support across the service.

- PAYE (inclusive): £15.00 per hour
- PAYE (exclusive): £13.50 per hour
The Role As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of administrative and financial processes, while also providing supervision and leadership to a small admin team. You will work closely with management to ensure effective support across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the administration team.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Manage financial processes including invoicing, petty cash, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide efficient administrative support to senior management.
- Contribute to the effective running of the service.
- A strong background in team supervision and leadership.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office administration.
- Experience with financial systems including invoicing and petty cash management.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
