What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?
Working alongside the local authorities within the South West, I recruit for all positions within the Social Work sector. These roles range from Administrators and Support Workers to Qualified Social Workers and Managerial positions.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
Before working at Service Care Solutions, I primarily worked in customer-facing roles for Merlin Entertainments with the focus being ticket sales for tourist attractions in Blackpool before stepping up to managing my own commercial team.
If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?
If I didn’t have a huge fear of blood and sick, I would have loved to be a paramedic.
