And what does your day-to-day role involve?
I’m a part of the Social Housing division, working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the UK. My day revolves around hiring for various roles, from housing officers to allocation and letting officers.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
Prior to working at SCS, I was studying at Lancaster University for 4 years, completing an Undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Management, and a Master’s degree in Media and Cultural Studies. Alongside my degree, I worked some part-time roles at Diddikicks and Sainsbury’s, which helped me gain valuable customer service experience and communication skills.
If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Probably something to do with music journalism.
