About Stephen

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I come from a predominately financial background working within various areas before moving in to recruitment with Service Care Solutions.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I'm in the Healthcare division and I recruit AHP & Psychological Therapy roles including CBT, Psychology, PWP & Pharmacy across the country including Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland, working with the NHS and private services. On a typical day, I will be liaising with existing & new workers and clients with new opportunities presenting themselves on a daily basis for my candidate pool.

What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?

'You get out what you put in' - It's rather cliché and doesn't mean everyday will be rewarding but you'll certainly see this phrase is true over the weeks, months & years.

If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?

Be counting in finance still.

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

I'm typically found following Liverpool FC across the globe or spending time with my daughter.
